Bra Manufacturing Capacity

The factory currently operates 12 dedicated production lines - 10 for bras and 2 for panties - with an average monthly capacity of approximately 250,000 bra units and 50,000 panty units. Panty capacity can be further expanded to support broader volume requirements.

Vastluck supports four cooperation models: OEM (production based on your specifications), ODM (product development shaped by market direction), Private Label (building and expanding your own branded product lines), and Wholesale (stable category-based production for retailers and distributors). 

Starting MOQ varies by product category: Bras from 800 pcs/style, Panties from 1,200 pcs/style, and Lingerie Sets from 800 sets/style. 

Our factory currently operates 12 dedicated production lines - 10 for bras and 2 for panties - with an average monthly capacity of approximately 250,000 bra units and 50,000 panty units. Overall annual capacity is approximately 4,000,000 pieces, supported by a team of around 650 members across a 10,000 sqm facility.

Vastluck's manufacturing experience dates back to 1990, and we have operated our dedicated production base in Vietnam for over 23 years.

Our factory is certified under BSCI (responsible social compliance), GRS (Global Recycled Standard, for responsible use of recycled materials), and the HIGG Index (environmental and social performance measurement).
