Who We Are

Vastluck Lingerie Inc. is a U.S.-based company serving the women’s intimates market with a practical, partnership-driven approach. We work with brands, wholesalers, retailers, and private label partners who value dependable execution, stable quality, and long-term business cooperation.


Our role is to connect market needs with reliable manufacturing support. By combining product development, sourcing coordination, production management, and quality-focused execution, we help partners build commercially relevant intimate apparel programs with greater confidence and efficiency.

OUR MANUFACTURING FOUNDATION

Manufacturing Experience Since 1990

With manufacturing experience dating back to 1990, Vastluck works with its production base in Vietnam to provide one-stop OEM / ODM support for women’s intimate apparel. Our manufacturing system covers product development, sampling, production management, quality inspection, and shipment coordination.


This foundation allows us to support a wide range of customer needs — from new product development and private label projects to stable bulk production for wholesale, retail, and brand expansion.

SPECIALIZED PRODUCTION CAPACITY

Dedicated Production Support for Intimate Apparel

Our production base includes dedicated bra manufacturing lines designed for stable output and specialized execution. The factory currently operates 15 bra production lines, with average monthly capacity of approximately 240,000 bra units.


For panty and related bottom categories, overall output can be further expanded, bringing total monthly capacity to approximately 300,000 pieces depending on category mix and production planning.

Verified Manufacturing Standards

Our factory places strong emphasis on compliance, quality management, and responsible production. Supported by BSCI, GRS, and HIGG standards, we work to provide more stable, reliable, and market-ready manufacturing services.
